Founded by Marius and Estera Vasilca, Crown & Manor brings together experience gained through the care and oversight of high-end estates in the United States and Europe.
Our decision to bring Crown & Manor to Dubai reflects a natural continuation of that experience. We recognised an opportunity to bring our established approach to estate care to a city known for its exceptional residences and international homeowners.
Crown & Manor was created to offer a considered standard of estate preservation: attentive oversight, carefully coordinated expertise and a lasting understanding of each property.

BY PRIVATE CONSIDERATION
A Selective Approach to Estate Membership.
Crown & Manor welcomes a limited number of private estates, with each prospective membership considered individually.
Following a private introduction and an initial estate assessment, we determine whether the property’s requirements align with our approach, standards and capacity to provide dedicated oversight.
Membership is extended only where we believe we can deliver the level of care the estate deserves.
